Dylan, (Manager)

As our On-site Manager, Dylan is all about ensuring that the level of service you receive from us is second to none.

As a second-generation Tree Technician, Dylan also has been born and bred into our industry and has a wealth of knowledge concerning trees and tree removal.

When Dylan is not delivering high-quality service, he enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Jim (Operations Manager)

Jim started working with A&D Tree Services back in the ’80s. Jim started as an everyday Tree Technician and eventually became our founder, Adrian’s right-hand man. With over 30 years of experience, you are in safe hands with Jim. Having Jim on the team brings a back catalogue of experience you cannot buy.

Over his working career, there is nothing that Jim has not seen or done. Jim’s priority is safety. Safety for himself, our team and your property.

Cody Smith, (Director)

From the age of 4, all Cody has wanted to do is work for A&D Tree Services. This business and its legacy are in his blood. Cody has grown up within our company. From 6, doing quotes in the playground, Cody is now quoting for everything from small backyards to large-scale land clearing projects. As a second-generation business owner, Cody is continuing what his parents started.

When Cody is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoying our fantastic coastline.
